Shipping Times
Guilty Association merch is produced on demand. Please allow the following estimated timeframes from the date of your order:
- Production time: 3–7 business days
- Standard shipping (US): 5–10 business days after production
- Expedited shipping (US): 2–4 business days after production (where available)
- International shipping: 10–20 business days after production (varies by destination)
Shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or high-demand periods.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our merch is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing issues. However, we will replace or refund any item that arrives:
- Damaged or defective
- Misprinted or with a production error
- Incorrect item shipped
To request a replacement or refund, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Sizing Guide
Our apparel is printed on premium unisex blanks. Sizing runs true to size. We recommend sizing up for an oversized fit.
